Edudigm’s refund policy gives you an option to unsubscribe to our services within the specified period and with our terms and conditions.
1. Please find the bifurcation of components of Fees that you pay-
- Non-Refundable component: 1st Installment is Non-Refundable as it includes Study Package Fee (In case a student discontinues then he shall receive all the materials as per delivery schedule).
- Refundable component: The remaining 3 installments shall be refundable if Refund Request is submitted before the due date of Installment. The PDCs shall be returned as applicable under Refund Procedure steps.
2. Procedure for Refund-
- Inform and discuss with your Counsellor about your grievances or situation which makes you discontinue enjoying the services provided by Edudigm. Post the discussion for any claim of refund, drop a mail to contact@eduidgm.in requesting for a refund and also the reason for such request. The clear reasons shall be mentioned in the mail in detail
Please note that Edudigm is bound to accept the refund request if and only if there has been a fault on Edudigm’s end at delivering its services. The fault can be a delay in delivery or non-delivery of services promised by Edudigm. If Edudigm has delivered all services as promised and on time, then there will be no refund.
If a refund request is accepted, the refund shall be made after a period of 30 days.
